Dear Republican Leadership,

The uprising of the people of this nation and especially the "Tea Party" movement demonstrates a real awakening in this country.  The Republican Women of Marion County insist that the Republican Party take advantage of the opportunity that is before it.  We must welcome all these newly awakened people by holding to our Conservative principles.

Listen to what the people are calling for.   They support small government with fiscal responsibility, a return to the Constitution, a government that does not threaten their God-given freedoms, a return to capitalism and free markets, a government that will not but into every cry of "crisis", no more junk science, freedom of religion for everyone (Christians included), and an un-compromised national sovereignty.  They want newly elected Senators and Representatives that will reverse the damage that has been done by the current administration.

They have had enough of politicians running as conservatives and governing as liberals, a government that kowtows to special interests at the expense of the majority, and environmental policies that value little fish more than people.

Above all, they want Congress to stop spending their money.  We are broke and will be for generations to come if we do not change directions.

The Republican Women of Marion County feel that if we do not hold to our conservative principles and reemain faithful to the Constitution, the Republican Party will have passed up a great opportunity.   The People are ready for some "real" change and they mean change in both the Republican and Democrat leadership.

Operation Speak out is the vehicle by which the Republican Women of Marion County, as part of the Republican base, make their views known to the Republican Leadership.
